Thoughtful and competent property staff who know the value of good service. We booked double room, it was practical. The breakfast was scrumptious and very very good for what was on offer, with endless supply of tea and Anorexic Size Slices, for example.

Truly enjoyed the place, it was charming small and quaint and worked for me. The location was lovely and fantastic: the main shopping centre and a shopping centre were within walking distance. I didn't feel like leaving, spent really really nice time and recommend.
Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were poor.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre! The location is just perfect, tucked away in a quiet square but still only a short stroll from the bustling city centre. I loved being able to walk across from the hotel to the beautiful square with the refurbished Hull New Theatre. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and clean, with an excellent large bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like mineral water and chocolates on the bedside table. And as a vegetarian, I was delighted to find that the breakfast menu had alternative options that were equally delicious. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
